Your included Delix Panels subdomain
During registration, choose a panel name and an available subdomain. The address follows the format yourbrand.delixpanel.com. The platform handles the shared hosting setup; customers renting a subdomain should not need to create DNS records at a registrar.
A custom domain you own
Choose a custom domain during setup or use the domain settings in your admin. Register and renew it with a domain registrar independently of your panel subscription. Follow the instructions displayed for that specific domain, rather than copying verification values from another website.
Protect email before changing DNS
Changing nameservers changes where a domain's DNS records are managed. Before making a change, identify any email, verification and other website records that need to be preserved. A website working correctly does not prove email is still configured correctly. Use the support option when you are unsure.
DNS and HTTPS need separate checks
A saved domain is not automatically an active website. DNS needs to resolve to the intended hosting service, the hosting service needs to accept the domain and the HTTPS certificate needs to be ready. The final check should open your own panel, not another tenant or a generic landing page.
When an address is still activating
Read the domain status and the action shown in settings. Some changes need time to become visible across DNS resolvers; others require correcting a record or resolving an existing hosting attachment. Do not repeatedly register or pay for a replacement panel to solve a DNS error.
Keep the working included panel address available during setup. Once the custom domain opens securely and displays the correct client panel, test account navigation and payment-return pages before promoting it.
