Delix Panels provides hosted panel software and optional managed Google website setup. This policy describes information used for operating these services. Contact the platform owner at francismainaa254@gmail.com for privacy questions or a data deletion request.
Information used to provide the service
We process account and contact details supplied during registration, panel branding and domain settings, service catalogs, support messages, and transaction references needed to operate the platform. Hosted client panels also process their customer accounts, orders and payment records. Payment processors handle payment details according to their own policies. Panel owners are responsible for explaining their own customer data practices.
Google website automation
A platform owner can connect a Google account and grant Search Console and site verification permissions. We store the application's client ID, encrypted client secret and encrypted OAuth refresh token. We store website verification tokens and setup results associated with each participating panel. Access tokens are used to call Google APIs.
For panels that enable managed setup, we use this connection to verify the public website, add a URL-prefix property to Google Search Console and submit the website's sitemap. The sitemap contains public page URLs. This integration does not upload customer account records, orders, payments or private panel data to Google. The current automation does not retrieve Search Console performance reports.
Google sign-in and related Delix services
Delix Gains is a related service at delixgains.com and may use the same Google OAuth application for sign-in. Google sign-in provides the account identifier and profile information requested on its consent screen for authentication and account creation. Website verification permissions serve the Delix Panels owner automation; rental panel customers do not need to grant those permissions to enable managed website setup.
Use and sharing
Information is used to deliver the requested service, authenticate accounts, operate websites, process payments, investigate support issues and protect the platform. Hosting and payment services process information needed for their functions. Google receives the website and verification information needed for the opted-in integration. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models. Access to Google data is limited to operating and supporting the requested integration and complying with applicable obligations.
Storage and security
Credentials for the Google automation are encrypted in the database. Access to owner configuration requires owner authentication. Public website verification tags are intentionally visible so Google can verify ownership. Information is retained while needed to provide the service, resolve transactions and support requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request deletion or information about your records; necessary legal or transaction records may need to be retained.
Disconnecting Google and deletion
The owner can stop future Google automation using Disconnect automation in the owner Google settings. Properties already added to Search Console remain in the Google account until removed there. Google account permissions can also be revoked through Google's account security settings. For deletion of stored Google connection information or panel setup records, contact francismainaa254@gmail.com. Panel owners can disable managed setup for their own websites.
Cookies and changes
Authentication cookies keep account sessions and bind Google authorization requests to the initiating browser. We may update this policy when functionality or data practices change. The revised policy will be published on this page.
