Accounts and panel ownership
Provide accurate registration information, protect your account and API credentials, and use only domains and resources you own or are authorized to manage. Panel owners are responsible for their catalogs, published service claims, customer support and compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
Rental and payments
Review the plan, amount, currency and recurring rental obligations displayed before paying. Provider service purchases, domain registration and optional extras are separate unless expressly included. Contact support about billing disputes, missing payments or service issues. Refund and cancellation outcomes depend on the relevant transaction, service conditions and applicable rights; these terms do not remove rights required by law.
Managed Google setup
Enabling managed Google setup authorizes Delix Panels to verify the panel's public website, add its Search Console property to the connected owner Google account and submit its sitemap. Website activation and HTTPS readiness are required. Google controls crawling, indexing and rankings. Delix Panels does not guarantee search placement, traffic, customers or revenue. You can disable managed setup; previously created properties remain until removed from Google.
Availability and changes
Integrations depend on hosting, domain providers, payment processors and Google. Their availability, requirements or permissions may change. Delix Panels may update software or suspend access to address nonpayment, misuse or security issues. Contact support if access or an integration fails.
Privacy and support
Our privacy policy explains data use, Google permissions and deletion requests. Panel owners must provide appropriate policies for their own customers. Contact francismainaa254@gmail.com to report a problem or request account assistance.
